Sweet 16 Farm creates custom bouquets throughout the growing season. Each bouquet showcases brilliant and abundant flowers from our fields at the time of your purchase. Our bouquets come wrapped in signature kraft paper, hand-stamped with Sweet 16 Farm’s logo. If you are giving the bouquet as a gift, we beautifully hand letter your message on an accompanying card.

NOTE: We appreciate 24hrs notice to allow us the time needed to harvest and design your bouquet. Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee.
The How, When, and Where of Bouquet Pickup & Delivery:
Friday Farm Pickup | Sweet 16 Farm
Bouquets will be ready for pickup every Friday between 11:00am – 8:00pm
Your bouquet will be labeled and waiting for you in our walk-in cooler. Our cooler is located in the outbuilding on the east side of the farm. Please follow this map for driving, parking, and pickup instructions. You will drive on the grass around the front of the farm to get to our shop.

Friday Local Delivery | $10
We offer local delivery every Friday to the following communities: Rushford, Houston, Hokah, La Crescent, La Crosse. We try our hardest to deliver your bouquet in the morning, before the heat of the day sets in. If you are not home to receive your bouquet, please set out a vase or jar with water in a shaded location near your door for us to place your bouquet in.
